~SPOILER ALERT~
Okay, guys. Guys. I saw The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for the first time and OH MY HOLY LORD. I do not have words to explain my love for it. I can not fathom how something can be so perfect. I can't. I just can't. It is utter perfection.
First things first, the plot. Wow. I love how Peter finds out about his father and the entire backstory of his life is explained.
I love Gwen, she's amazing. I was SO HEARTBROKEN when she died, you don't know. You can't just kill GWEN! Well, I guess it was a realistic ending so I WILL LET IT PASS. But when The Amazing Spider-Man 3 comes out I will KILL the movie makers if she doesn't resurrect, I don't care.
Dane Dehaan. Do I even need to explain? He is just perfect, okay? How someone can look so bloody perfect dressed as a monster is beyond my imagination. I didn't want him to turn bad, but whatever! I'll let that pass too.
And, of course, Andrew Garfield. I can't. He is also just perfect. How does he manage to look so cute and hot at the same time I don't know.
And Gwen and Peter, gosh.
The characters in general. Emma Stone was PERFECT as Gwen and, gosh, Gwen is amazing. I love her. She's SO PRETTY. Peter was just so sarcastic and awesome which just made Spiderman 100000x better. Easily my favourite superhero. Harry is just NO WORDS.
I just realised I have homework to do but eh.
The effects were SO GOOD. The Electro dude was so weird but cool at the same time. I remember your name Max, ahaha.

If you stayed for the credits, the second song. It was HONEST BY THE NEIGHBOURHOOD a.k.a. the song I'm currently listening to on repeat. I COULD LEGIT NOT BREATHE WHEN IT CAME ON. AND MY BABY JESSE'S NAME WAS IN THE CREDITS DO YOU KNOW HOW HAPPY I WAS. I was the happiest woman alive. I was like biting my nails waiting for the first song to get over and then the beats of Honest start AND I FLIP. It is the best song made in the history of songs, okay?
I can't get over Gwen's death. Aaah, why? We don't want Mary Jane Watson and we don't want Shailene Woodley. You can make Emma dye her hair back and become Mary and add some plot twist, I don't know, but Emma needs to come back.
I will watch this movie over and over again and will cry when Gwen dies BUT I will expect Emma to be back in The Amazing Spider-Man 3. Maybe Peter sees Mary and she looks exactly like Gwen and some stuff like that. Cloning, maybe? I don't know. Either get Emma back or resurrect Gwen. Ugh, Gwen and Peter were perfect. I can't. And Honest EXPLAINS THEIR RELATIONSHIP. EVEN WORSE. I LOVE IT BUT MY HEART BREAKS EVERY TIME I LISTEN TO IT AGH.
